Appointment Coordinator

Kathy joined our team in 2005 as an Appointment Coordinator.  She has over 30 years orthodontic experience, previously working for Dr. Richard Rohrer.  Kathy is also a Treatment Coordinator and often presents different treatment options to our patients.

Insurance Coordinator/Appointment Coordinator

Carol joined our team in 1994 and has enjoyed the ongoing learning process of front office administration of an orthodontic office. Jenn joined our team in 2002. She is very flexible and versatile in different key office areas due to her orthodontic background.  Jenn may be found scheduling appointments, taking orthodontic records or greeting a new patient as a treatment coordinator and guiding them through their first orthodontic experience in our office. Treatment Coordinator

Lynn, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Lynn assists our patients through the new patient process.  Her main objective is to acquaint you with our office and orthodontics.  The new patient exam takes approximately one hour.  Lynn’s goal is to make sure that you have  a complete understanding of the orthodontic treatment recommendations presented by Dr. Giangreco, Dr. Cortese or Dr. Preston.  You will receive information from Lynn, to take home, reviewing what was discussed during the initial appointment and photographs of your teeth to show family and friends.  Feel free to contact Lynn, after your appointment, if further questions should arise.

Recall Coordinator

Peggy – Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Peggy has been a member of our orthodontic team for over 20 years.  Her "cross training" in all aspects of orthodontic care is an invaluable asset to our practice.  Her primary duty as a Recall Coordinator is to oversee our young patients that are not yet ready to begin treatment.  She guides parents and patients through our Orthodontic Supervisory Program until Dr. Giangreco, Dr. Cortese or Dr. Preston determine that the time is right to start orthodontic treatment. 

Operatory Team

Our operatory team consists of licensed dental hygienists – The highest level of training available short of a dental degree.  This is a rare practice in the field of orthodontics.  Proper oral hygiene is assured for every patient along with excellent orthodontic care.  Dr. Giangreco, Dr. Cortese, Dr. Preston and the orthodontic hygiene team are always available to answer questions regarding your treatment and provide the most comprehensive orthodontic treatment available in the area.

Orthodontic records are taken by Jody in the records room.  A current cephalometric  x-ray, panoramic x-ray, study models and growth study tracing is required, prior to starting orthodontic treatment, so that Dr. Giangreco, Dr. Cortese and Dr. Preston can evaluate and finalize each patient’s individual treatment plan.
